Terms and Conditions – Power Quality Clinic Subscription
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of the Power Quality Clinic service (the “Service”) by Power Quality Expert (“Provider”) to the customer (“Customer”). Power Quality Health Check (the “Report”) is a registered trademark or Power Quality Expert.
1. Subscription Term & Payment
1.1 The initial paid subscription term is a minimum of three (3) months, commencing upon acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and initiation of the chosen paid subscription tier. The Customer shall be invoiced for the initial three (3) month period, payable within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.
1.2 Following the initial three (3) month period, the subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis, subject to the Customer’s right to terminate as detailed herein. Monthly invoices will be issued on the first (1st) day of each month and are payable within twenty-eight (28) days net from the invoice date.
2. Subscription Tier Changes
2.1 Following completion of the initial three (3) month term, the Customer may request a change to a different subscription tier.
2.2 Any request to change the subscription tier must be received by the Provider in writing (email is acceptable to info@powerqualityexpert.com) no later than the last day of the month preceding the commencement of the next billable period. Changes requested after this date will take effect from the billable period following the subsequent month.
3. Free Tier Subscription
3.1. The free tier is only available to members of ECA, NICEIC and SELECT.
3.2. The free tier subscription is limited to one (1) account per business entity.
4. Service Inclusions & Limitations
4.1 The Service includes access to reports and a defined number of consultation sessions as specified within the Customer’s chosen subscription tier.
4.2 Any unused reports or consultation sessions do not roll over to subsequent months.
4.3 One-to-one pre- and post-survey consultations are limited to single thirty (30) minute sessions. Additional consultation time will be charged at a rate of £99.00 (ninety-nine pounds sterling) per hour.
5. Additional Services & Charges
5.1 Additional reports and consultation sessions requested beyond the inclusions of the Customer’s chosen subscription tier will be invoiced separately at the end of each month.
6. Non-Subscriber Pricing
6.1 The standard price for a single Power Quality Health Check report for non-subscribers to the Service is £175.00 (one hundred and seventy-five pounds sterling).
7. Pricing & VAT
7.1 All prices quoted are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 20%. VAT will be added to all invoices as applicable.
8. Payment Terms
8.1 The Customer shall pay all invoices within twenty-eight (28) days net from the invoice date. The Provider reserves the right to suspend the Service in the event of non-payment.
9. Amendments to Terms, Pricing & Service
9.1 The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, subscription pricing, and the scope of the Service at any time.
9.2 Existing customers will be provided with at least one (1) full month’s written notice of any changes prior to their implementation. Continued use of the Service following the notification period will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
